NEW UPDATE: A pair of children’s slippers have just been discovered near the Oak Park Station sheep farm — the same area where 30 police officers had been searching for clues in the disappearance of Gus Lamont.
According to early reports, the slippers were found partially buried in the mud, only a few meters from a small creek that runs through the property. Investigators immediately sealed off the area after realizing the location was less than 500 meters from where Lamont’s personal belongings were previously recovered.
Authorities have not yet confirmed whether the slippers are connected to Gus’s case, but sources close to the investigation describe the find as “highly unusual” given the remote nature of the site and the absence of any known children in the vicinity.
