In a stunning turn of events that’s sending shockwaves through the corporate and social media world, the wife of tech CEO Andy Byron took to livestream this morning to deliver a fiery and emotional public statement — laying out the full timeline of her husband’s alleged affair with a former employee, and backing it up with receipts.
Broadcasting from her home office, Marissa Byron, the CEO’s wife of 14 years, appeared composed but visibly shaken as she told over 270,000 live viewers:
“I’ve stayed silent out of respect for our children and for our company’s board. But this stops today. You all deserve to know when it started — and how deep the betrayal really went.”
What followed was a 32-minute livestream bombshell, during which Marissa:
-
Displayed screenshots of text messages between Andy and the woman, dating back nearly 16 months — while Marissa was hospitalized during a high-risk pregnancy.
-
Showed hotel receipts with timestamped credit card charges under Andy’s name during business trips he claimed were “solo.”
-
Shared photos of what she described as “intimate gifts” left in their home while she was away visiting her parents.
-
Revealed calendar entries and emails suggesting the affair began while the mistress was still under Andy’s direct supervision — raising possible HR and legal violations.
At one point, Marissa looked straight into the camera and said:
“He can gaslight me all he wants behind closed doors. But you can’t gaslight the public.”
The livestream ended with Marissa stating that she had already spoken with her legal team and “a formal separation is underway.” She added that the company’s board would be receiving full documentation.
As of this afternoon, Andy Byron has not responded publicly, and attempts to reach his office were met with “no comment.”
However, the company’s stock has already dropped 7.4% since the broadcast, and internal sources say an emergency board meeting is being convened tonight.
Social media is erupting, with hashtags like #ByronExposed, #LivestreamReceipts, and #CEOScandal trending globally.
This is a developing story. Updates to follow.
