According to investigators, Gracie — described by friends as a bright, kind, and beautiful young girl — left behind a 5-word message for her family before vanishing without a trace on October 5th, 2025. The note, written on a small piece of paper, read simply: “I just need to go.”
When police entered her room searching for clues, they found her phone, wallet, and favorite necklace still on the nightstand — suggesting she left suddenly and did not plan to be gone for long.
