In a story that sounds more like a Netflix miniseries than real life, Fox News host Greg Gutfeld has quietly welcomed a baby boy — and the path to his arrival is one of the most remarkable journeys never told.
Behind the scenes of his trademark sarcasm and nightly satire was a deeply personal mission: to become a father again. And it wasn’t easy.
“This wasn’t conventional,” Gutfeld admitted in a rare off-camera interview. “But love doesn’t follow convention.”
According to close sources, Gutfeld and his wife began their second-round parenthood journey two years ago. After two unsuccessful embryo transfers, a third attempt — using an embryo created in a clinic in Switzerland — was finally successful.
But that’s not where the story ends.
The couple turned to a secret donor, whose identity remains confidential but is described as “a brilliant, creative woman” who “shares many of Greg’s quirks — and none of his Twitter habits.”
Because of medical limitations and privacy laws, the embryo was implanted in a surrogacy clinic in Canada, where the baby boy was born last week — healthy, strong, and with “a full head of rebellious hair,” according to Gutfeld.
The name? Not yet revealed. But insiders say it’s “unusual, meaningful, and perfectly Gutfeld.”
Social media is ablaze with admiration and curiosity.

“3 embryos, 2 countries, 1 miracle — this needs to be a documentary,” wrote one fan.
-
“This is the softest and strongest thing Gutfeld’s ever done.”
For now, Gutfeld is keeping things low-key, saying only:
“He’s here. He’s ours. And if he learns sarcasm by six months, I’ll consider it a job well done.”
