The death of American student James Gracey has been officially classified as an accident. But a series of troubling discoveries — including his phone found in the possession of a thief, his wallet recovered miles away, and a note containing nine chilling words — are raising new and urgent questions.
Gracey’s body was recovered from the water days after he was last seen leaving a Barcelona nightclub. Authorities initially concluded there was no evidence of foul play.
