PHAEDRA Parks and CT Tamburello have taken their Traitors connection from the castle to the real world after the pair hard launched their secret romance.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has revealed that she is now dating The Challenge veteran – and the pair are heading to the Emmys together this weekend.
Phaedra, 52, made the surprise revelation during an appearance on Jeff Lewis’ Sirius XM show, and he appeared just as stunned as viewers are.
Jeff asked Phaedra whether the man accompanying her to the Emmys was a “platonic date.”
“No,” Phaedra replied, making it clear there is something romantic happening between the pair.
After making romantic-esque sounds, Jeff then pressed her for details, asking: “Have you been out with this guy before? What’s his name, CT?”
“Yeah!” Phaedra said.
When Jeff asked how many dates they’ve been on, Phaedra kept some details close to the vest but made it clear they’ve been together for “awhile.”
“I can’t tell you how many dates though, I got to save it for the world,” she said.
She confirmed that she and CT, 46, will attend the Creative Arts Emmys together, revealing that he will be one of the presenters.
CT is set to present on Saturday, September 5, during Night One of the 78th Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theater at L.A. LIVE.
The Television Academy officially announced CT among the night’s presenters, alongside stars including their Traitors co-stars, Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio, Lisa Rinna and Big Brother host Julie Chen Moonves.
The Bravo star also revealed the pair already have plans beyond the awards ceremony, saying they have a trip to New York City planned.
The relationship reveal is particularly juicy for Traitors fans because Phaedra and CT’s chemistry was one of the show’s biggest talking points when they competed together on Season 2.
The pair were on opposite sides of the game – Phaedra was secretly a Traitor while CT was a Faithful – but that did not stop them from developing an extremely close bond.
Phaedra famously dubbed CT her “Castle Daddy,” while the pair shared playful exchanges, held hands and teamed up during challenges.
During one memorable river-crossing challenge, CT physically helped Phaedra through the water, while Phaedra later chose to save him during a torch-lighting ceremony.
The flirtation was so obvious that even fans began shipping the unlikely reality TV pairing, with nicknames including “PhaCT” and “CTdra” popping up online.
At the time, however, CT insisted nothing romantic had happened between them.
“Honestly I have too much respect for her to try to turn it into something it’s not,” CT said after the season aired, while dismissing the idea that their relationship had become a real-life romance.
Now, more than two years after the season was filmed, it appears those old sparks may have had some staying power.
Fans were stunned by the announcement, with on asking: ”I’m still not sure I actually believe this.”
“I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS HAHAHA wtf,” another exclaimed.
Other Traitors viewers were less surprised, with one fan writing, “I’ll never get over how cute they were together,” while another simply celebrated the return of “castle daddy.”
The romance comes after both reality stars have had highly publicized relationships in the past.
Phaedra was married to Apollo Nida from 2009 until their split in 2014. Their divorce became a lengthy legal saga and was ultimately finalized in 2017. The former couple share two sons, Ayden and Dylan.
Following her divorce, Phaedra dated actor Medina Islam, a relationship she discussed publicly beginning in 2019. She also confirmed in 2024 that she was dating a man in his early 30s, describing her love life at the time as “delicious.”
CT has likewise had a complicated romantic history.
He was previously married to Lilianet “Lili” Solares, with whom he shares his son, Christopher “C.J.” Tamburello.
Their divorce proceedings began in 2022 and played out publicly.
More recently, CT quietly married Catalina White in October 2024.
She filed for divorce in January 2026, saying their marriage was “irretrievably broken,” and CT revealed that they had separated in January. The divorce case remains ongoing.
